Deanna shares various aspects of her life in such a way that leaves the reader feeling hopeful that God’s grace is available to all. This is not a “how to” book but rather a book of real examples taken from the life of the author. In each chapter the author shares an example from her life where she may have lacked the right kind of fruit and then tells how God in His marvelous grace grew the fruit of His Spirit into hers.
Deanna shares with the reader how God reframed memories of past misdeeds into pictures of His grace. Through out the book she reminds the reader that while it may seem impossible for you to reframe your life “with God it can be so”.
This book is a quick read, about 100 pages, and very encouraging. It would be an ideal read for anyone struggling to understand how God could ever redeem their past. It’s a book filled with hope and grace.

About the Author: Deanna Nowadnick is a Pacific Northwest native and debut author. Fruit of My Spirit began as a love story to her sons. She just wanted them to know how she met their father. One chapter quickly became many chapters. One day, she said to anyone who’d listen, “I think I wrote a book.”
When not writing, Deanna serves as Client Service Coordinator for The Planner’s Edge, a financial advisory firm. Deanna is active in her church, playing the violin and editing the monthly newsletter. She loves to knit, adores chocolate, and most importantly, enjoys a blessed marriage to Kurt. They are the proud parents of two adult sons, Kyle and Kevin
