A Thankful Day

As I sit here watching my three grandchildren laugh and play I realize once again the blessings I have. They are so precious and make my heart smile.

I am thankful for all 3 of them, and especially thankful that after raising two boys, then having two grandson that God gifted us with a beautiful Granddaughter.

I am thankful for sons who have grown up to be men that work hard to support their families, are devoted to their wives (or soon to be wife) and who love the Lord their God.

I am thankful for a daughter in love that been such a joy to get to know. She is such a blessing to me! In September I will have the additional blessing of gaining another daughter in love who will add so much to our family.

I am thankful for a husband who continually surprises me with his love and devotion to me.

I am thankful to a God who is my protector and defender against by enemies.

I am thankful for sisters in Christ who I can pour myself into and they pour themselve into me. Sisters who go beyond just being friends but who choose to stand by one another no matter where life takes you. They are an example of what it means to be in a Christ filled relationship.

I am thankful for the opportunity to serve my God daily as I walk with Him.
