Thankful Thursday

I look up to the mountains, does my help come from there? My help comes from the LORD, who made the heavens and the earth! He will not let you stumble and fall; the one who watches over you will not sleep. Indeed, he who watches over Israel never tires and never sleeps. The LORD himself watches over you! The LORD stands beside you as your protective shade. The sun will not hurt you by day, nor the moon at night. The LORD keeps you from all evil and preserves your life. The LORD keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever. Psalms 121

Thank you Father for you alone are my help. When the world seems to have gone crazy and my mind makes no sense it is you alone that give me help, hope and joy.

Thank you that you will not let me stumble and fall as I follow hard after you and obey your precepts.

I am grateful that you do not sleep or grow weary so that you can watch over me always. You keep me safe, you stand beside me. What comfort it brings to my soul to know that you are with me day and night!

I find peace in knowing you are ever watching over me. Thank you Father for your love that does not let me go...

Your verse today, Ps. 121, was the very first scripture I memorized as a little girl at Fort Wayne Christian School!
