God is always with me

Last year during the month of November all my post were about things I was thankful for. I have decided to do the same this year. This month will be a month of thankful praise to My Father in heaven.

Sometimes when God calls us to a different place, whether it's a new job, ministry or state it can be a time of wondering about the unknowns. I am in that place at the moment. God is calling me out of something and calling me into something different. I am still praying and waiting on clear direction, but as I wait I am reminded that God is with me. He will lead me - all God ask me to do is be willing and follow.

Below are a few verses that remind me that God will not leave me, He will guide me.

"Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land ; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you." Gen 28:15.

Just as God promised Jacob He would not leave until He had done what He promised, I know God makes the same promise to me.

"I will lead the blind by a way they do not know, In paths they do not know I will guide them. I will make darkness into light before them And rugged places into plains. These are the things I will do, And I will not leave them undone." Isaiah 42:16

"Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or tremble at them, for the LORD your God is the one who goes with you. He will not fail you or forsake you....The LORD is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed."
Deuteronomy 31:6,8

I am so thankful that my Father in Heaven goes before me and guides me, I do not need to fear.
